George is an associate in the firm’s financial industry group, based in Athens, Greece. George’s areas of practice are banking, capital markets and financing transactions, including project and corporate finance. He is involved in structured finance transactions and advises clients on regulatory matters relating to the provision of banking and investment services. George also has considerable experience in M&A transactions including take-over bids of Greek listed companies.
