Reed Smith attorneys have advised Dreamscape Media, an independent publisher and multimedia studio, on its sale to Recorded Books, Inc., a global audiobook publishing company. The transaction was announced on July 9 and closed on August 1. 

The multi-disciplinary deal team was led by Siddesh Bale, Susan Nieto and Matthew Hancock, with the support of Simone Senior, Victor Reim and Faith Moss.
