PALO ALTO – Global law firm Reed Smith announced today that it advised Persistent Systems, Inc., a publicly traded Indian multinational technology services company, on its acquisition of Starfish Associates, LLC.
Starfish is a global software company that provides communication management solutions for unified communications and contact center platforms.
The cross-office Reed Smith corporate team that advised Persistent Systems was led by Silicon Valley corporate partner Craig Lilly, New York associate Russell Schneider and Dallas associate Annie McCool.
