Dan is a senior litigation associate and a member of the firm’s Financial Industry Group. Dan handles complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. Dan’s practice includes the defense of class actions, shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions, business torts, disputes involving real estate development, intellectual property litigation, and a range of other commercial disputes. A significant portion of Dan’s practice involves issues facing financial institutions.
