He advises French and international companies in issues relating to the French and European competition laws. His areas of practice include abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive agreements, state aid and merger control.
He advises and litigates in relation to various sectoral regulations and unfair commercial practices (abrupt termination, payment terms, rules on commercial transparency).
With his experience in the field, he supports clients in the implementation of their compliance programmes.
Alexandre is also a teaching assistant for the Master 1 in Business Law of Paris-Saclay, where he passes on his expertise in competition law.
He holds a double Master's degree in Competition Law and Digital Law from Université Paris-Saclay (2021) and a Law and Management degree from ESSEC Business School (2022).
