The LCLD Fellowship Program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diversity leaders of tomorrow. Designed for lawyers with eight-to-fifteen years of experience, the LCLD Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners.
The LCLD Pathfinders Program, now in its sixth year, is tailored for lawyers with three-to-five years of experience. The program provides practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, leadership skills, and career development strategies.
Recently promoted to partner based on her well-earned reputation as a high-performing litigator and data privacy specialist, Lust advises a blue-chip roster of clients on information governance, data compliance, and cross-border transfer issues arising in the US and the world. Additionally, Lust has been the global director of the firm’s ReturnRS program for the past six years, which supports all attorneys (men and women) before, during, and after parental or other leave of absence. During this period, Lust helped the firm launch a number of work-life balance policies and expanded employee benefits to cement Reed Smith’s reputation in the industry as a Top 10 Family Friendly Firm among the Vault Law 100. Lust is also an active member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of DC.
