Hannah is an associate in the Dallas office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate matters including transactional matters in the emerging technologies sector. She has experience drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms and conditions, data processing agreements, outsourcing agreements, master services agreements, SaaS agreements, public securities documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, negotiating NDAs, counseling clients on a variety of corporate governance practices, and assisting with de-SPAC transactions. She also reviews state and federal privacy laws to help determine compliance processes for clients. Hannah represents companies across a wide range of industries.
