Kazi is an associate in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border transactions), private equity financing, emerging growth/venture capital transactions, securities compliance, corporate formation and restructuring, and general corporate counseling. Kazi has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, food and beverage, entertainment and media, gambling, and professional sports. Kazi also has in-house counsel experience after completing a client secondment with a global banking and financial services company, where he helped lead the client’s investment management team in connection with their venture capital investments.
