The U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform hosted the 15th Annual Legal Reform Summit: The Enforcement “Collidescope”: The New Litigation Paradigm on October 21, 2014. The preeminent comprehensive legal reform symposium explored the increase in government overreach and serial enforcement, the outsourcing of public powers to private parties, and follow-on litigation. This year’s Summit featured a keynote address from The Honorable Chris Christie, Governor of New Jersey, and remarks by Thomas J. Donohue, President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Each year, the Legal Reform Summit gathers business and industry leaders, government officials and the media to explore relevant legal issues and discuss the current state of legal reform and its importance to the greater business community and national economy.

Wahlquist, Partner, Snell & Wilmer LLP that was introduced and moderated by Craig Silliman, Senior Vice President, Public Policy & Government Affairs, Verizon Communications, on Liability Refraction: Digital Technology and Privacy.
