Honorees have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancements in their sector, and are recognized as agents of change. Graumlich was selected based on her successful track record representing employers in significant, precedent-setting litigation, most notably her work for Encompass Health Corp. in three high-stakes, long-running False Claims Act whistleblower cases.

Over the course of her 30+ year career, Graumlich has been one of a few women attorneys nationwide representing companies in labor arbitration matters. She has successfully secured favorable results in more than 100 labor arbitrations and defended companies in a range of industry sectors against whistleblower claims. She is a member of Reed Smith's Labor & Employment Group.

In addition to her busy law practice, Graumlich is U.S. chair of the Women's Initiative Network of Reed Smith (WINRS). Through her leadership, she has been a driving force behind a number of programs that promote the advancement and retention of women lawyers, and has mentored numerous women throughout her career.

Graumlich is a past member of Reed Smith’s Executive Committee and former global chair of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. She is active in her community and is past president of the Richmond chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the founding director of its foundation.
