DALLAS – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Spectral MD Holdings Ltd. on the closing of its business combination with Rosecliff Acquisition Corp I, a special purpose acquisition company. The combined company has been renamed Spectral AI, Ltd. and commenced trading on on Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “MDAI” on September 12, 2023.
Spectral AI is a predictive artificial intelligence company focused on medical diagnostics for faster and more accurate treatment decisions in wound care for burn, DFU, and future clinical applications.
