LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Cerebrum (Tech) Partners Limited on the sale of its investment in Satavia Ltd to Aerospace Carbon Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of General Electric Company (trading as GE Aerospace).

Cerebrum (Tech) Partners Limited is a joint venture backed by Campden Hill Capital, a venture capital and investment advisor of a family office.

Satavia Ltd is a UK-based startup that reduces the climate impact of flying by mitigating the warming effect of aircraft-created condensation trails (contrails).

GE Aerospace is a world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, components and integrated systems for commercial, military, business and general aviation aircraft.

The Reed Smith team advising on the sale was led by finance and corporate partners Panos Katsambas and Tom Whelan, supported by Saiya Guo and Ed Chapman (corporate), and Tom Baxter (tax).
