Rogers brings substantial experience in complex cross-border disputes, including international commercial arbitration and business litigation, with a focus on high-value cases throughout Europe and the Middle East. Her practice spans the construction, engineering, transportation, and energy sectors, among others. Many of the disputes she handles involve large-scale construction megaprojects, particularly in the energy sector. Among her largest clients are several of the world’s leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors. At her prior firm, Baker McKenzie, Rogers was co-leader of energy arbitration initiatives globally and of its energy, mining and infrastructure industry group in North America. The energy and natural resources industry is one of Reed Smith’s five core areas of focus.

Rogers has extensive experience representing clients in international and domestic arbitrations under the rules of several major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), American Arbitration Association (AAA), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and others. Her experience also includes handling investment treaty issues, enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments, public international law matters, and high-stakes litigation in U.S. federal and state courts. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York and Florida, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
“Most frequently I find the disputes I am handling are in leading arbitral forums including New York, London and Dubai, and the fact that the firm has offices in each of these markets is a huge plus for my clients and my practice,” said Rogers. “I look forward to helping expand our international arbitration presence in the Texas market and believe that the firm and its platform will enhance my opportunities to sit as arbitrator, as many of our lawyers do in forums around the globe.”
Rogers has been instrumental in handling multimillion-dollar international arbitrations and enforcement actions. She represents a broad range of clients, from major EPC contractors to financial services firms, manufacturers, and retail and hospitality businesses.

In addition to her legal practice, Rogers is deeply committed to advancing the field of arbitration through education and mentorship. She serves as vice chair of communications for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (North America Branch) and previously held a leadership role within the ICC's Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (YAAF). She is the Houston and Dallas representative of Arbitration Lunch Match, a global networking initiative for women in the field of international arbitration. Rogers frequently speaks on international dispute resolution issues and is an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, teaching a course on international commercial arbitration. Rogers earned her J.D. cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
