PARIS – The Paris office of Reed Smith advised Accor on the acquisition of the Citadelle Vauban, located on Belle-Île, from the management company Keys REIM.
Accor was advised by Reed Smith’s tax team, composed of partner Jean-Pierre Collet, Alice Pothet-Zevaco and Nathalie Le Forsonney.
