Kathryn is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes – Appellate Group who focuses mainly on litigation matters. Kathryn has experience in representing clients in a variety of practice areas in complex commercial disputes. She has represented clients in a range of commercial disputes across industries in California Superior Courts, Courts of Appeal, and California Supreme Court, as well as U.S. District Courts and Circuit Courts.
