Ben most frequently litigates corporate and complex commercial litigation disputes pending in Delaware courts, particularly the Delaware Court of Chancery, including actions for breach of fiduciary duty and other post-closing disputes, actions for emergency injunctive, actions to compel advancement of legal fees, and actions for appraisal. Ben has first-chaired multiple trials, including statutory proceedings under Delaware law and post-closing disputes seeking eight-figure judgements. Ben’s trial experience includes trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and U.S. District of Delaware. Ben also routinely represents clients in connection with business-law disputes that are subject to arbitration.
