As part of the firm’s Regulatory & Investigations practice group, Jordon supports clients globally with white-collar criminal and civil defense, regulatory enforcement, and internal investigations. He has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of industries on the entire life cycle of government and internal investigations and has represented clients in enforcement actions before the DOJ, SEC, FTC, and BIS. Jordon has particular experience assisting clients with FCPA matters. He has aided in developing and implementing anti-bribery policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and monitoring for compliance.
