Kasper is a New York-based associate in Reed Smith’s Regulatory & Investigations Group. His practice focuses on government and internal investigations, regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, and related litigation. In particular, he is experienced in representing large public companies and their directors and officers in connection with securities litigation and investigations matters. He also has considerable experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs at all stages of litigation.
