Dilpreet is an associate with the Global Commercial Disputes Group in the firm’s London office, having trained and qualified at Reed Smith.
Dilpreet has particular experience in professional negligence, financial disputes and Financial Regulatory Council (FRC) regulatory investigations. She has acted for a range of commercial clients, including in the accountancy, finance, construction and professional services sectors.
In her professional negligence practice, Dilpreet has represented individuals as well as accountancy firms before disciplinary tribunals and in high-profile, high-value litigation.
In her commercial disputes practice, Dilpreet focuses on large-scale commercial litigation for financial institution clients and has been involved in matters before the English High Court. In addition to her commercial work, Dilpreet has arbitration experience, including cases before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Dilpreet also has public inquiry experience, having been involved in a long-running inquiry since 2018.
