Zachary Kosnitzky is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes practice group where he handles complex civil litigation and arbitration matters across a range of industries and fora. Zach has experience in representing both businesses and high-net-worth individuals in disputes such as commercial contracts, business torts, defamation, class actions, foreclosure litigation, and employment matters.
He has written on arbitration appellate issues and successfully obtained a temporary injunction restraining cryptocurrency assets in Florida state court. He has argued in state courts and conducted extensive motion practice in federal courts in Florida.
Zach is a Miami native and a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Business Law Review. A Dean’s Merit Scholar, Zach was also recognized with a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his academic performance.
Zach is an active member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar International Law Section, and the Federal Bar Association.
