Peter’s primary focus is advising on non-contentious shipping transactions. He has extensive experience acting for shipowners, energy companies, banks and leasing companies in the sale and purchase, leasing and financing of second-hand tonnage and newbuilding vessels. In particular, Peter has years of experience handling LNG shipping, offshore oil and gas, and cruise ship transactions, which are often complicated and require innovative solutions.

Peter also has experience in syndicated lending and asset financing transactions, acting for banks and financial institutions, borrowers, project companies and investors in Hong Kong, mainland China and throughout Asia.
