Pearl is a litigation associate who has practiced with Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes and Labor & Employment groups. Her practice includes a range of litigation matters, including mass torts, employment disputes, capital offense, products liability, civil rights, and government contracts. Pearl has experience with briefing substantive motions and oppositions, performing legal research for complex issues, developing deposition and trial examination outlines, working with expert witnesses, and formulating case strategy suitable for clients’ ultimate goals. Pearl employs a holistic approach to client-centric solutions and brings a global, culturally competent perspective to her matters.
