Nick is a senior associate in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes group, where he handles complex disputes across a variety of industries. He routinely advises clients on claims involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and non-compete/non-solicitation issues, among many others. Nick is based in the firm’s New York office and regularly appears in New York state and federal courts. He has also handled numerous AAA, JAMS, and CPR-administered arbitrations across the country and litigated in state and federal courts in Delaware, New Jersey, Texas, and Florida.
