Grace is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on entertainment and technology matters, including privacy compliance, regulatory counseling, and mergers and acquisitions. She also supports on other general pre-litigation matters.
Grace received her J.D. from UC Davis Law School and her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, summa cum laude.
Grace has experience working in the public policy field and is committed to social justice work. She hopes to use her interest in public service to better assist clients in her pro bono work.
