Kurt Peterson and Ken Smersfelt participated in an invite-only JAMS roundtable event in Los Angeles regarding trends in health care litigation. JAMS brought together leading California health care litigators (plaintiff and defense lawyers) and neutrals to discuss trends and discrete issues, as well as how to best use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for both mediations and arbitrations of these types of matters.
