Reed Smith proudly announces that it has been named a finalist in four categories at this year’s Women and Diversity in Law Awards, sponsored by the Global Legal Post. The awards “recognise the exceptional individuals and teams making the UK legal profession more diverse and inclusive.”
Chosen for their commitment to progress through collaboration and for their contributions to the field, the Reed Smith nominees are:
- Tamara Box, Law Firm Leader of the Year – Large Law Firm.
- Kelly Knight, Returner of the Year.
- WINRS, the firm’s Women's Initiative Network, was nominated for Gender Equality Initiative of the Year.
- REAP, its new racial equity initiative, is a finalist for Race Equality Initiative of the Year.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony March 22 in London.
The Women and Diversity in Law Awards, in their inaugural year, showcase people working within the UK legal sector who are dedicating their professional careers to moving the diversity, equity and inclusion needle or using their positions of influence to help facilitate change.
