Who’s Who Legal (WWL) has included three Reed Smith partners in its listing of leading international construction lawyers, the global law firm announced today.

United Arab Emirates-based partners Sachin Kerur and Michelle Nelson, and Paris-based Peter Rosher were featured by the guide. WWL: Construction provides in-depth analysis of the world’s elite construction lawyers who have been selected for their outstanding experience in resolving complex multi-jurisdictional construction disputes through litigation, mediation and arbitration.

Michelle Nelson, an energy and natural resources partner based in Dubai, earned a Global Elite Thought Leader ranking in the Construction category, a preeminent ranking that she also received in 2023. Who’s Who Legal terms Global Elite lawyers as “the best of the best across our research.” Nelson is an experienced lawyer whose practice focuses on the Middle East, advising on major oil and gas and construction infrastructure disputes.

Sachin Kerur earned a Recommended ranking in the guide in the Construction category, a ranking that he also received last year. Kerur advises governments and the private sector on infrastructure and development works, particularly across the Middle East and India. He is managing partner of the firm's Middle East offices and is also based in Dubai.

Paris-based partner Peter Rosher, global chair of Reed Smith's international arbitration practice, earned a Recommended Thought Leaders - Arbitration ranking for Construction, repeating the ranking he also received in 2023 and 2022. He is a dual-qualified English solicitor/French avocat with three decades of experience in international arbitration.
