Amber is an associate based in Reed Smith’s London office, primarily working with energy and commodity companies, banks, hedge funds and exchanges. Amber advises on a variety of cross-border transactional, regulatory, compliance, risk management, and environmental and climate change matters, with a particular focus on the energy, oil and gas sectors. Amber has experience advising clients on UK and EU energy, environmental and financial services regulation, assisting on corporate finance matters, and negotiating and drafting commodity sale and purchase documentation. Amber also has experience advising clients on UK and EU legislation relating to trade and financial sanctions.
