Terryl is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. His long-time passion for litigation paired with his Global Management background allow him to provide sophisticated and detail-oriented advocacy to a wide range of global commercial clients in both state and federal courts. His practice consists primarily of Managed-Care related matters including breach of contract, ERISA, and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).
