Steve's practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, including shareholders and boardroom disputes, company liquidations and bankruptcy cases, commodities disputes, banking litigation, assets recovery, receivership and other contentious matters. He also advises on a wide range of non-contentious matters such as employment, privacy and banking and insurance related matters. He has experience in regulatory and disciplinary matters relating to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission and insurance intermediaries. He has been involved in white collar crime matters involving the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption and the Commercial Crime Bureau.
