Having grown up hearing about the exciting work in BigLaw, Jason Hazlewood always knew he wanted to be at a global firm working on impactful cases. What’s kept him at Reed Smith is the genuinely inclusive environment and a leadership team that is “willing to listen and really hear you.” Jason points to being recently named the Pittsburgh office managing partner as a clear example of Black lawyers having a “chance to succeed” and “move up the ranks” at Reed Smith.
