Andrew has represented national retail pharmacy chains in multiple types of actions alleging that the pharmacies should have reported pharmacy club prices as their usual and customary prices, including in the context of False Claims Act cases and national putative class actions. Additionally, Andrew has supported pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturers in various contracting and legislative drafting matters, including distribution and GPO agreements. Most recently, Andrew has been counseling pharmacies in reimbursement disputes with a pharmacy benefit manager.

Within the firm, Andrew serves as Associate Co-Chair of the firm’s Asian-American business inclusion group PAALS. He is especially interested in the legal implications of new technologies for life sciences and health care companies, as well as the Inflation Reduction Act’s significant implications for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
