Audrey is a paralegal at Reed Smith. She assists the members of the Finance team in a wide range of transactions with a strong focus on capital markets.

She has more than 15 years’ experience and has worked on numerous transactions, including securitizations (domestic and cross-border), bond issues (whether stand alone or in relation to a programme), commercial paper and medium term notes (NEU CP-NEU MTN), Islamic bonds/sukuks, passporting of UCITS (or UCITS compartment) in France, distressed and portfolio debt acquisitions and other structure finance deals.

Audrey liaises with the financial authorities (AMF, ACPR, CSSF, Banque de France) on a regular basis, follows-up matters with key clients and helps on regulatory and compliance issues. She is also in charge of the prospectus and/or fund documentation filings, due-diligence, signing and closing.
