Christopher is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. His practice includes representing commercial clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal court with a particular focus on products liability matters in the oil and gas and pharmaceutical industries. His experience involves all stages of pre-trial practice including pre-litigation investigation, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, discovery and pre-trial briefs, and managing document review and collection.
