Georgia is an associate in the Global Corporate Group, based in the London Office. Georgia advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructurings, and corporate finance.
Georgia completed a nine-month secondment to the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs International where she worked alongside the strategic investment group on restructuring projects.
Georgia has been involved in a diverse range of pro bono matters, including advising UK Time’s Up on incorporation and corporate governance matters as well as preparing the charity application and advising throughout the charity registration process.
