Casey is a senior associate in Reed Smith’s global commercial disputes group. He is an accomplished civil litigator who has obtained favorable results for plaintiffs and defendants in many high-stakes proceedings. He is a generalist who represents corporations and high-net-worth individuals in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, M&A, warranty, fraud, soft IP, and antitrust cases. Casey is based in New York City, but practices in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the country, as well as before international and domestic arbitral tribunals. Casey began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
