Helen focuses primarily on leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, fund finance, and structured finance. She has a broad range of experience, having acted in lender, sponsor, and borrower roles in relation to capital expenditure and working capital facilities, acquisition facilities, corporate facilities, fund financings (including subscription line, Net Asset Value (NAV), hybrid, co-investment, and general partner support facilities), receivables financings, securitizations (including commercial mortgage-backed securitizations), and refinancings and restructurings in both domestic and overseas markets.
