Keith Rowbory is an associate in Reed Smith’s Transportation Industry Group with a focus on shipping and commodities disputes. He acts on behalf of shipowners, charterers, protection and indemnity insurance clubs, and buyers and sellers of ships and cargo in a wide range of contentious matters. Keith concentrates his practice on disputes under charterparties, contracts of affreightment, bills of lading, and sale and purchase agreements pursuant to the arbitration rules of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) as well as the English High Court (Commercial Court and Admiralty Court) and Court of Appeal procedures. Keith also has considerable experience with casualty work, having assisted on several high-profile casualty disputes. In addition to his disputes work, Keith regularly advises on liquid natural gas master sale and purchase agreement (LNG MSPA) contracts and sanctions issues.
