Liz has experience across a broad range of derivatives, structured finance, structured and crypto products transactions. She has a particular focus on structured commodity finance structures (including inventory monetization transactions and borrowing base transactions) and strategic equity and financing transactions (such as collar financing structures and margin loans). She also advises on transactions referencing a range of other underlying asset classes, including cryptocurrencies, indices, credit, fixed income, commodities and foreign exchange. Liz also has experience advising on hedging transactions.  Prior to returning to private practice in November 2019, Liz spent almost two years working in-house at an investment bank in London where she advised on a wide range of Global Markets transactions and products.
