Jeff is a senior associate in Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group. Jeff has extensive experience representing institutional lenders, life insurance companies and other financial institutions in a broad spectrum of lending and finance transactions with a focus on complex real estate financing transactions, corporate financing transactions, and other secured and unsecured financing transactions. He routinely advises lenders and other clients in all aspects of syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financing, construction financing, corporate financing, and loan workouts.
