CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Prairie Capital, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm, on the sale of Right at School, a Prairie Capital VI portfolio company to a larger private equity fund.
Right at School is a market-leading provider of distinctive and enriching before and after school programs, along with school break camps, to school districts across the country.
The Reed Smith private equity team that advised Prairie Capital was led by Chicago corporate partners Matthew Mohn and Nicholas Gibson and included associate Kristen Elia and Jahkeem Wheatley, based in Pittsburgh and Chicago, respectively.
