The Paris office of Reed Smith has advised the Cap Horn fund in connection with the €10 million fundraising by Tilak Healthcare.

Tilak Healthcare is a pioneering company and a major player in the field of ophthalmological digital health.

This round of funding will enable Tilak Healthcare to speed up the deployment in France and abroad of its OdySight application, a remote monitoring system for ophthalmological conditions combined with a game interface designed to encourage regular use by patients.

Cap Horn is a Paris-based private equity firm specialising in the healthtech and climatetech sectors. It supports high-potential companies and their founders at every stage of their development, through investments ranging from €1 million to €20 million. Cap Horn has an active portfolio of 15 healthtech companies whose mission is to optimise healthcare systems and personalise care pathways.
