Jason is an associate in our Energy and Natural Resources Group, based in the Austin office. His practice focuses on project development and real estate transactions in the energy generation, storage, transmission and distribution and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy. Jason regularly represents developers, owners, financiers, buyers, sellers and suppliers in the development, construction, and financing of wind, solar and battery storage projects throughout the United States.
